Short and sweet for this one. If you were a fan of the second movie you’ll probably enjoy this. But in my opinion they’ve never been able to recapture the magic of the original.
Some of the jokes landed, a lot them didn’t for me personally. I was pretty content for the first 2/3 of the movie, but that 3rd act about ruined it for me. I do my best not to be too blunt or negative in my reviews.
However I just find myself a bit dumbstruck for all the wrong reasons after watching this film. But at the end of the day I know this movie isn’t necessarily geared to my “demographic”. I just hope fans of this franchise get more joy out of it than I did.
